摘 要 生涯教育是高校人才培养体系中的重要教育内容，它注重学生的全面发展和终身发展，帮助学生树立正确人生观。文章对当前高校的生涯教育状况进行了反思，阐述了高校大学生生涯教育的模式，并在此基础上构建了全方位一体化的高校生涯教育体系，从而激发学生生涯发展的自主性，促使学生理性地规划自身未来的发展。

Construction and Consideration of the Integration Mode

of Career Education in University

Abstract Career education is an important part of the talent training system in colleges and universities. It pays attention to the overall development and lifelong development of students， and helps students establish a correct outlook on life. This paper reflects on the current situation of career education in colleges and universities， expounds the mode of college students' career education， and on this basis， constructs an all-round and integrated career education system in colleges and universities， so as to stimulate students' autonomy in career development and promote students to plan their own future development rationally.

著名的生涯發展学者舒伯提出：生涯是生活中各种事件的演进方向和历程，它统合了人一生中的各种职业和生活角色，由此表现出个人独特的自我发展形态。“生涯”是一个动态的发展过程，生涯发展不仅是一个人的生命成长过程，也是个体自我规划和自我实现的过程。

生涯教育是高校人才培养体系中的重要教育内容，它应该贯穿大学教育的全过程。高校生涯教育要围绕高校的人才培养目标，以高校思想政治教育体系为背景，以学生的学业生涯和职业生涯教育为主要内容，以学生的全面发展和终身发展为关注点，构建全方位一体化的生涯教育模式，从而激发学生生涯发展的自主意识，促使学生理性地规划自身未来的发展，自觉地提高生涯管理能力。

1 对高校生涯教育现状的反思

自从2007年12月教育部办公厅印发《大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学体系的通知》，明确提出将大学生生涯规划课程作为公共课纳入教学计划后，高校生涯教育开始发展起来。……
