摘 要 家庭是语言政策与规划研究的微观话题领域。本文聚焦家庭语言政策与规划研究现状，从研究视角、主体、内容和方法四个层面，评述国内研究的现状特征，并结合中国国情对未来研究发展提出建议。目前国内该领域研究主要面向语言学的学科领域，研究主体较为单一，研究内容方法限制性较大。对此，本研究提出探索新的跨学科研究视角，更多关注青少年这一重要的家庭语言规划主体，采用民族志方法进行意识问题层面的研究等建议。

A Review of Family Language Policy and Planning in China

Abstract Family is a micro topic field of language policy and planning research. This paper focuses on the current situation of family language policy and planning research， reviews the current situation and characteristics of domestic research from four aspects of research perspective， subject， content and method， and puts forward suggestions for future research development based on China's national conditions. At present， the domestic research in this field is mainly oriented to the field of linguistics， the research subject is relatively single， and the research content and method are more restrictive. In this regard， this study proposes to explore a new interdisciplinary research perspective， pay more attention to young people as an important subject of family language planning， and use ethnographic methods to study consciousness issues.

0 引言

語言作为重要的人力资本、公共产品以及制度构成，具有显著的社会功能属性和战略规划意义，已成为国家软实力发展的关键指标。在此背景下，家庭作为人类语言使用的微观领域，常被认为是实施语言规划最有效的场所。本文从家庭语言政策与规划这一微观视角出发，对国内家庭语言政策与规划的研究视角、研究主体、研究内容和研究方法等方面展开综述分析，以期为该领域研究在中微观场域的理论搭建与实践应用提供一定的启示和借鉴。

1 研究背景

《国家中长期语言文字事业改革和发展规划纲要（2012-2020年）》明确提出“发展语言能力与构建和谐的语言生活”的任务目标，这是对我国语言文字事业的建设发展定位，也为国内语言战略与语言规划研究奠定了理论基础。从基础定义来说，语言政策与规划归属应用语言学范畴，关乎语言与社会的人际沟通意义。……
