摘 要 提升师范生教学实践能力是高校人才培养的关键所在。通潮汕童谣教学实践的课堂观察，发现师范生具备一定的应变能力、尊重接纳的心理环境营造能力、团队合作能力，存在教学媒体设计与选择不当、方言教学语言表达不够顺畅、时间把控不当、未能关注全体幼儿等问题，可以课题研究为抓手、依托第一课堂、构建U-S合作平台，提升指导教师能力，激发师范生主观能动性，促进师范生课堂教学组织能力的提升。

A Case Study on the Strategies of Improving the Ability of Classroom Teaching Organization of Normal University Students

——Taking the teaching practice of Chaoshan nursery rhymes as an example

Abstract To improve the teaching practice ability of normal university students is the key to talent cultivation in Colleges and universities. Through the classroom observation of Chaoshan nursery rhyme teaching practice， it is found that normal students have certain adaptability， respect and acceptance of the psychological environment building ability， team cooperation ability， there are some problems， such as improper design and selection of teaching media， dialect teaching language expression is not smooth enough， improper time control， failure to pay attention to all children and so on -S cooperation platform， improve the ability of teachers， stimulate the subjective initiative of normal students， and promote the improvement of normal students' classroom teaching organization ability.

课堂教学组织等教学实践能力是高校师范专业学生专业素养的重要组成部分，是检验高师院校教师教育水平的重要指标，是影响未来教师队伍教学水平和教学质量的重要因素。“（职前）师资培训的改革实践也出现了一些与学校环境脱节的现象，导致教师教学理论水平很高，却对课堂实践知之甚少。因此，新教师会经常发现自己很难适应学校环境”，[1]教育部在《关于进一步加强高等学校本科教学工作的若干意见》中明确指出要大力加强实践教学，切实提高大学生的实践能力。《教育部关于加强师范生教育实践的意见》明确提出“举办教师教育的院校要采取观摩见习、模拟教学、专项技能训练、集中实习等多种形式，丰富师范生的教育实践体验，提升教育实践效果。”潮汕童谣教学实践是组织大学生志愿者团……
