摘  要：大力推进“课程思政”建设，是对高校立德树人根本任务更加具体、细化的落实，高校专业课教师在新时代新环境下更应及时更新育人理念，引领学生在专业知识的学习过程中潜移默化地接受思想教育，从而实现知识传递与思想引领的统一。该研究以《有机化学》课程为例，分析了思想政治教育融入专业课程教学的必要性、可行性、具体要求、具体做法及注意事项。

Exploration and Research on the Integration of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" into the Curriculum System of Higher Vocational Colleges

—— A Case Study of Organic Chemistry

Abstract： Promoting the building of "curriculum ideology and politics" is a more specific and detailed implementation of the fundamental task of colleges and universities to enhance morality and foster talents. Specialized course teachers in the new era under the new environment in colleges and universities should update education idea， lead the students to accept ideology education in the process of learning professional knowledge so as to realize the unity of knowledge transfer and ideology lead. Taking the course of Organic Chemistry as an example， this study analyzes the necessity， feasibility， specific requirements， specific practices and matters needing attention of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of professional courses.

習近平总书记在2019年召开的思想政治理论课教师座谈会上明确：“要挖掘其他课程、教学方式中包含的思政教育元素及资源，实现全员、全程和全方位的教育模式。”可见在新时代、新环境、新背景下，实现由“专人”育人向“人人”育人的转变是高校教育工作的必然要求。高等职业院校理工科类的专业教学也必须要重视学生的思想政治教育，但绝不能仅仅依托思政教师、辅导员和思想政治理论课程，必须要实现全体教育工作者和全部课程都具有育人功能和育人职责，引领学生在掌握专业知识的同时积极践行社会主义核心价值观，力争引导、培养学生具备完善的人格、健康向上的心理和深厚的爱国主义情怀[1]。

《有机化学》是高职高专化工、环境、药学、农林等相关专业的一门重要基础课程，专业性非常强，因此教学中老师往往只强调专业知识点学习和应用能力培养，忽视育人功能。由此可见，新时代“大思政”的教育背景和育人环境下，“课程思政”的重要性显而易见，必要性不容忽视，紧迫性必须高度重视[2]。……
