摘  要：高职院校科研平台是组织高职院校教师及相关人员开展学术交流、进行科学研究、孵化科研成果、聚集和培育科学技术人才的重要基地，文章对高职院校科研平台的组织结构进行了研究，针对现阶段科研平台存在的问题提出了解决方案，提供了建设方法，通过实践对研究效果进行了总结分析，并对下一步工作提出了工作规划，为高职院校科研平台建设工作给出一个可行性方案。

Abstract： The scientific research platform of higher vocational colleges is an important base for organizing teachers and relevant personnel of higher vocational colleges to carry out academic exchanges， conduct scientific research， incubate scientific research achievements， gather and cultivate scientific and technological talents. This paper studies the organizational structure of scientific research platform in higher vocational colleges， puts forward solutions to the problems existing in the scientific research platform at the present stage， and provides construction methods， summarizes and analyzes the research effect through practice， puts forward the work plan for the following work， and gives a feasible scheme for the construction of scientific research platform in higher vocational colleges.

四川省教育厅发布的《四川省教育厅关于进一步加强新时代高等学校科研工作的通知》指出，要支持高校加强科研平台体系建设，完善管理，促进发展。落实高校科研平台建设主体责任，强化统筹管理，加强专项建設资金等条件保障，以适应学校一流学科建设、特色优势培育等长远发展需要和服务区域经济社会高质量发展需求为目标，加强顶层设计，完善科研平台体系整体布局规划。同时，根据建设和发展情况，适时对现有高校科研平台及其研究方向进行动态调整，撤并优化整合。

为贯彻落实国家、省、市的精神，发挥科研平台在高新技术研究、人才培养和成果转化中发挥重要的作用，四川信息职业技术学院成立了四川省移动应用开发协同创新中心科研平台，中心依托软件教研室，立足于软件技术专业群，主要任务是紧扣四川省尤其是广元市经济与社会发展的需要，瞄准软件、云计算、大数据等技术领域，带动整个区域经济发展，推动学院内部体制和机制创新和学科建设，培养具有创新精神的、综合应用型的专门人才。……
