【摘    要】家园共育活动当中，如何培养幼儿的阳刚之气，是近年来大家一直关注的一个问题。大多数情况下，在教育孩子这个问题上，父亲的角色不如母亲的角色，再加上母亲关心孩子的生活问题，这就导致了父亲角色缺失，正因为父亲不重视孩子的家庭教育，所以很多孩子缺少阳刚之气，尤其是男孩。在幼儿园中，几乎是清一色的女教师，这就导致了在家园共育环境当中，缺少了培养阳刚之气的人员条件。在日常生活当中，需要家园共育，共同承担起对幼儿阳刚之气的培养，不论是家长还是老师，都需要转变教学观念，同时还要学习更多的教育方法，培养幼儿的阳刚之气。

【Abstract】How to cultivate children's masculinity in home-education activities has been a problem that everyone has been paying attention to in recent years. In most cases， the fathers role is not as good as the mothers role in educating children. Coupled with the mothers concern for childrens life issues， this leads to the lack of fathers role. It is precisely because fathers do not attach importance to their childrens family education， so many Children lack masculinity， especially boys. In kindergartens， there are almost all female teachers， which leads to the lack of personnel conditions for cultivating masculinity in the co-education environment at home. In daily life， it is necessary for the family to nurture together and jointly undertake the cultivation of children's masculinity.Both parents and teachers need to change their teaching concepts and at the same time learn more educational methods to cultivate children's masculinity.

现实生活当中，越来越多的幼儿在思想、性格、表现等方面显得阳刚之气不足，尤其是一些男孩子，显示不出男子汉应有的气质，思想上不阳光乐观，做事行为上不大大方方，看问题不从全局出发，尽想着自己的一亩三分地。那么在家园共育活動当中，幼儿园和家长一定要认识到这个问题，有针对性地开展一些活动，让他们在阳光下生活，在思想性格上充满阳刚之气，健健康康地茁壮成长。

一、正确认识阳刚之气教育的积极意义

随着社会的发展，人的思想越来越多样化，很多家长在追赶时髦的同时，顺便也让自己的孩子搭乘追赶时髦的便车，在穿戴上有的孩子越来越缺少阳刚之气了，这种穿戴有意无意地影响了孩子性格的发展，影响了孩子思想的发展。……
