【摘    要】幼儿教学当中活动占了主要的内容，幼儿在活动的过程中，能够学习科学文化知识，掌握一定的生活技能，构建自己的理想王国。幼儿活动的内容多种多样，教学的时候选择合适的活动内容，能够发展幼儿的语言能力、绘画能力、欣赏能力，以此提高幼儿的各种能力。每一种教学活动都要在实践当中反反复复地试验，才能总结出科学有效的教學方法。幼儿教学的经验也需要在反复的教学实践活动当中去总结，这样才能更好地提高教育教学质量，促进幼儿全面发展。这样通过活动，让幼儿掌握基本的技能，提高自身的综合能力以及综合素质。

Improving the Capacity of Young Children in Activities

【Abstract】Activities occupies the main content of children's teaching. In the process of activities， children can learn scientific and cultural knowledge， master certain life skills， and build their own ideal kingdom. The content of children's activities is diverse. Choosing appropriate activities during teaching can develop children's language ability， drawing ability， and appreciation ability， so as to improve children's various abilities. Each teaching activity must be repeatedly tested in practice to sum up a scientific and effective teaching method. The experience of children's teaching also needs to be summarized in repeated teaching and practice activities， so as to better improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the overall development of children. In this way， through activities， children can master basic skills and improve their own comprehensive abilities and comprehensive qualities.

一、加强班级活动管理，培养幼儿的各种能力

在实际的教学中细心观察，就会发现那些喜欢活动的幼儿，思维敏捷、反应迅速、思考能力非常强。有的幼儿因为喜欢活动，养成了助人为乐的好品质，经常能够第一时间发现其他幼儿的困难，马上就去帮助他们。有的好动的幼儿，他们的生活能力比较强，往往比懒于活动的幼儿生活能力强。

好动的幼儿，他们的语言能力、思考问题的能力，也往往比其他幼儿强，总是能说会道，在班级中号召力比较强。所以，教师换位思考之后就能发现每个幼儿身上的闪光点，然后扬长避短，发扬他们的长处，对他们进行科学有效的教育。所以在幼儿园的班级活动中需要精细化管理，活动中的任何一个细节都不能放过，这样才能在以后的活动当中全面照顾每个幼儿，让他们能够把各自的能力发挥出来，以此提高他们的各种活动能力。……
