摘 要 目前，利用新媒体进行自主学习已经成为高校在英语学习过程中的发展趋势。英语学习中的听力能力是一项重要技能，它对自主学习有着更高、更为迫切的要求。在各种新媒体环境的营造下，英语听力的自主学习要采用有效而又确有必要的策略，才能达成学习目标。由此可见，在新的媒体环境下，探索科学的学习策略，以提高学习者学习的针对性和有效性，并为英语听力能力的提高奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract At present， the use of new media for autonomous learning has become the development trend of College English learning process. Listening ability in English learning is an important skill， it has a higher and more urgent requirements for autonomous learning. In a variety of new media environment， the autonomous learning of English listening should be effective and there is a necessary strategy to achieve learning goals. Thus， in the new media environment， explore the scientific learning strategies， in order to improve the learners learning and effectiveness， and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of English listening ability.

1 新媒体下英语听力自主学习的构成要素

1.1 新媒体下英语自主学习的概念

新媒体是指在新的科学技术支持下的多种数字媒体形态。例如我们现在频繁使用的多媒体数字杂志、数字广播、移动网络电视、多媒体数字视窗、数字化电影、立体化触摸媒体等。新媒体是建立在互联网络和数字化技术基础之上，以多种媒体作为信息的展示和呈现方式，具有覆盖面广、不受时间限制的特点，在技术水平、运营方式、产品特性、全面服务等方面具有别具一格的创新性，随着新媒体的不断深入，体现出各种媒体之间的整合融合的发展趋势。

自主学习是一种全新的现代化的学习模式，这种学习模式是以学生作为学习的主体，利用各种方式充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性，学生在学习的过程中通过分析问题，探索新知，操作实践，质疑求解，开拓创新等方法进行学习，实现学习过程中的目标，以提升个人的学习能力和动手技能。……
