摘  要 面对线上教学常态化的发展趋势和教学改革的新形势，基于OBE教育理念，对信息通信类专业的重要专业课通信原理进行教学设计与实践，明确课程目标对毕业要求指标点的支撑，确定知识能力素质的递进关系，采取线上与线下相结合、研讨等多种教学方式，改进考评机制，形成动态调整优化的人才培养机制，促进课程目标的达成。

Abstract In the face of the development trend of online teaching normalization and the new situation of teaching reform， based on the concept of OBE education， this paper designs and practices the teaching of Principles of Communications， which is an important professional course of information and communication specialty， including： clarifying the corresponding relationship between the course objectives and graduation requirements， updating the ability knowledge matrix， optimizing the teaching design， adopting the combina-tion of online and offline research， and improving the evaluation mechanism. In order to promote the achievement of curriculum objectives， a talent training mechanism with cyclic improvement， dyna-mic adjustment and optimization is established.

0 前言

通信技术是现代信息技术发展的一个重要方向，随着计算机技术、信息处理技术和大规模集成电路的迅猛发展，现代通信技术取得显著进展[1]。通信原理作为信息通信类专业本科生的一门重要的专业基础课，是完成整个通信知识“面”不可或缺的核心部分，在学科体系中起承上启下的作用。通信原理也是信息通信类专业方向的研究生入学考试课程之一，一直备受教师和学生的高度重视，目前全国有200余所普通院校开设了这门课。

随着通信新技术的飞速发展，《通信原理》教材内容在不断更新，教学重点在不断变化，实验方法与手段也在根据需要不断完善。近年来，为了适应社会发展的需求和高等教育创新学习能力培养的需要，提高该课程的教学质量，各高校对通信原理课程进行了一系列理论与实验教学改革[2]，

主要是结合该课程的特点，分析教学中遇到的主要问题，对教学内容、教学方法和手段以及实验教学等进行大量探索与实践，重视多种教学模式与手段的运用，取得较好的效果。……
