【摘    要】随着教育的不断发展和推进，小学学科在整个教育体系中的作用也更加明显。要学好英语就需要在小学阶段打好基础。在新课程改革背景下，小学英语教师在教学的过程中面临着很多新的挑战，也存在不少的问题。小学英语教师在教学的过程中要针对这些问题采取行之有效的策略，提高小学英语教学的效果。本文就针对小学英语教学存在的问题与对策展开讨论。

Problems and Countermeasures in English Teaching in Primary Schools

【Abstract】With the continuous development and advancement of education， the role of primary school subjects in the entire education system has become more obvious. To learn English well， you need to lay a solid foundation in elementary school. In the context of the new curriculum reform， primary school English teachers are faced with many new challenges and problems in the teaching process. Primary school English teachers need to adopt effective strategies for these problems in the teaching process to improve the effectiveness of primary school English teaching. This article discusses the problems and countermeasures in English teaching in primary schools.

一、小学英语教学存在的问题

（一）学生的主体性得不到发挥

在当前小学英语教学的过程中存在的一个重要的问题，就是学生的主体性得不到发挥。在新课程改革背景下，学生是学习的主体，但是由于受到传统应试教育的负面影响，很多教师在教学的过程中依然坚持以教师为主体，教师在课堂教学以及课堂活动设计和组织的过程中占据着绝对的主导地位。灌输式的学习方式也使学生在学习的过程中非常被动，师生之间的交流和互动受到了一定限制。对于小学阶段的学生来说，要学好英语就要多说多练，但是很多教师为了完成教学进度，在课堂教学的过程中机械地进行知识的讲解，没有考虑到学生对于知识的理解和吸收程度。这样，很多学生无法真正地参与到英语课堂学习当中，学习的水平就得不到有效提升。

（二）教学方法单一，学生学习兴趣不高

在当前的小学英语教学过程中，教师的教学方法比较单一，这也是当前小学英语教学存在的一个非常重要的问题。……
