【摘    要】现阶段，在新时代与新理念的不断深入下，社会各个行业对人才培养提出了新方向与需求，同时也对义务教育培养学生计划提出了高要求。小学班主任如何在班级管理中渗透德育，已成为小学班主任面临的重点课题之一。

【Abstract】At this stage， with the deepening of the new era and new ideas， all sectors of society have put forward new directions and demands for talent cultivation， and also put forward high requirements for the cultivation plan of compulsory education students. How to infiltrate moral education into class management has become one of the key issues faced by primary school head teachers.

受我国传统教育的不断影响，大部分班主任在进行班级管理过程中，对小学生表现要求严格，却忽视了学生德育，不仅对班级管理效果产生影响，还在一定程度上影响了学生今后长远的发展。因此，小学班主任应将“以人为本”观念和德育相融合进行教学，使德育在实际教学得到提高，引导小学生逐渐树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，不断提高教育教学效果。

一、小学班主任班级管理过程中发挥德育作用

学生学习生涯初期，尤其是在小学时期，是教师培养学生学习能力与思想观念的基础时期。需要对学生渗透德育，培养其良好的道德素质与行为能力，推动学生自身综合素质的发展。但是在实践中发现，良好的行为习惯与思想观念并不易养成，需要在日常学习与生活中逐渐培养。小学生由于自身思想观念薄弱且易受到外界的不良影响，内心情感较为丰富且脆弱。对于小学班主任而言，班级管理日常教学中应对学生做好正确引导工作，逐渐培养其良好的行为习惯，并对其进行有效的管理与德育，进而培养其良好的道德观念与价值观。……
