【摘    要】口语交际能力是一项基础性的语文能力，良好的口语交际能力不仅有助于学生提升应试能力，还能够对学生的学习与生活产生良好的助益。小学语文教师在培养学生的口语交际能力时，需要依据教材内容、学生的性格、学生的实际能力等因素为基础，合理引入课外的资源、读物，为学生设计内容综合性强、全体学生都能参与、全体学生都乐于参与的培养策略。如此，教师便能够使口语交际培养内容成为语文综合教育的一部分，确保学生学习的有效性。

【Abstract】Oral communication ability is a basic language ability. Good oral communication ability can not only help students improve their test-taking ability， but also produce good benefits to students' study and life. When cultivating students oral communication skills， elementary language teachers need to rationally introduce extracurricular resources and reading materials based on the content of the textbook， the personality of the students， and the actual abilities of the students， so as to design the content for students to be comprehensive and accessible to all students. Participation， a training strategy that all students are happy to participate in. In this way， teachers can make the content of oral communication training a part of comprehensive Chinese education to ensure the effectiveness of students' learning.

在小学语文的教学中，阅读与写作等应试考察较多的内容被教师重视，而口语交际这一在生活中应用较多的语文能力却普遍被教师们忽视。相较于阅读与写作等拥有更长时间思考的语文内容，口语交际在生活中的即时性较强，学生一般都没有足够的思考时间，这既是教师需要重视口语交际培养的原因，也是教师开展口语交际能力培养活动的难点。因此，教师在设计与开展培养活动时，需要设计限时、结合生活的教案，以此增强培养的有效性。

一、引入课外资源，充实教材情境

教材中许多单元都包含口语交际板块，且这些板块中的话题基本上与当前单元的阅读学习主题有一定的联系。但由于教材篇幅的设计，口语交际板块的内容相对而言较少，并且教材中也缺乏对学生口语交际能力的具体指导。……
