摘要：全面推进课程思政建设是当前高等教育教学改革方向，是大学内涵式发展必然要求。针对工学类专业教师对课程思政的认识和能力不足等问题，结合工学类专业课程特点，在打造高水平团队、加强课程建设、提升课堂教学水平等方面融入思政元素，探索了课程思政育人具体实施途径。在课程建设全过程，通过营造课程学习氛围与环境、深入挖掘专业课程思政元素、建设特色专业课程思政资源库、科学设计课程思政体系、健全多维考核评价体系等举措，提高工学类专业教师课程思政能力，激励教师投入精力，增强学生获得感，全面提高人才培养质量。

Implementation Approaches of Ideological and Political Education in Engineering Courses from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses

Abstract： To comprehensively promote the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses is the reform direction of current higher education and the inevitable requirement for the connotative development of universities.Aiming at the problems of insufficient understanding and ability of engineering teachers in ideological and political theories teaching in all courses， and considering the characteristics of engineering courses， the paper integrates ideological and political elements into the aspects of building high-level team， strengthening curriculum construction and improving classroom teaching level， and explores concrete implementation approaches of curriculum ideological and political education.In the whole process of curriculum construction， with the measures of creating the curriculum learning atmosphere and environment， digging deeper ideological elements in the professional curriculum， building the professional education resource of ideological and political theories teaching ， designing scientific ideological and political theories teaching system and completing the multidimensional assessment evaluation system， the ability of engineering teachers to implement ideological and political theories will be improved， with more passion devoted by the teachers and more satisfaction gained by the students， the quality of personnel training will be improved comprehensively.

習近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，要“把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”[1]。高校要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为根本指引，构建课程思政与思政课程同向同行、全员全程全方位育人的大思政格局。

我国的高等教育已经从规模扩张全面转向内涵式发展阶段，大学教育的心脏是本科教育[2]，落实立德树人根本任务，必须坚持本科教学的基础地位。……
