摘要：就不忘初心、牢记使命的制度建设而言，根本出发点是推动新时代党的建设伟大工程，根本价值诉求是实现人民美好生活需要，根本归宿是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。不忘初心、牢记使命的制度建设有自身的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑，分别是中国化马克思主义制度治党理论的方向指引、党成立以来制度建设发展的必然选择和不忘初心、牢记使命实践提出的关键命题。不忘初心、牢记使命制度建设必须遵循一定的实践理路：坚持政治立党的原则，健全理论学习制度;坚持思想建党的原则，健全思想教育制度;坚持组织兴党的原则，健全激励担当制度;坚持纪律强党的原则，健全廉洁自律制度;坚持作风管党的原则，健全为民服务制度。

The Logical Consideration and Practical Way of Building the System of “Remaining True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind”

Abstract： The fundamental goals of building the system of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” are to advance the great project of Party building in the new era，to meet the people′s needs for a better life， and to realize the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation. The system building has its own theoretical logic， historical logic and practical logic， which are respectively the direction guidance with the Theory of Governing the Party by Chinese Marxism system， the inevitable choice of institutional construction and development since the founding of the Party， and the key proposition of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind”. The system building must follow certain practical principles： adhere to the principle of establishing a political party， and improve the theoretical study system; adhere to the principle of ideological party building， and improve the ideological education system; adhere to the principle of organizing and rejuvenating the party， and improve the incentive and responsibility system; adhere to the principle of strengthening the party by discipline， and improve the integrity and self-discipline system; adhere to the principle of managing the party in style， and improve the system of serving the people.
