摘 要：森林培育学是林学专业的主干课程之一，在林学专业人才培养中具有重要作用。通过学科知识融合，更新优化最新成果，创新改革教学手段与方法，强化提升实践能力，构建多元化考核体系，提高教学质量，林学专业人才质量，以适应新时代林业科技和生产发展需要。

Innovative Teaching Reform and Practice of the Course of Silviculture in the New Era

Abstract： Silviculture is a major course of forestry specialty， which has important significance for cultivating forestry graduates. In this paper， we integrate the knowledge of different subject， update and optimize the latest researches， technical regulations， and innovatively reform teaching means and methods， then build a diversified assessment system， in order to improve the quality of forestry professionals to adapt the needs of the development of forestry science and technology and production in the new era.

森林培育學作为高等农林院校林学专业本科学生的专业主干课程，教学内容涵盖从林木种子、苗木、造林、抚育到主伐、更新的整个培育过程，涉及内容广，重点难点多，应用性与实践性强，在林学专业人才培养中具有重要作用[1]。近些年，在我国大力建设生态文明和乡村振兴战略背景下，基于“双一流”、双基达标（基层教学组织、基层教学活动）和课程思政等学科发展山水林田湖草牧渔生命共同体，森林培育学科发展较快，相继颁布了我国新的森林法，发布了相关造林、抚育的规程、标准和长远规划，突出全周期经营管理，3S（Remote Sensing，Geographic Information System，Global Positioning System）技术深入应用，网络课程平台、微课等新的教学手段不断更新，这就需要对教学内容进行整合优化，改进提升教学手段与方法，增加案例教学，调整考核方式，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学习效果，增强学生就业考研能力[2，3]。
