摘 要：因新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，2020年春季全国高校延期开学。为实现“停课不停学”，以动物性食品卫生学课程为例，利用“学习通”网络教学平台开展了参与式线上教学。通过丰富的教学内容、活跃的课堂气氛、完善的课程考核、多样化的教学方式，激发了学生们的学习热情，取得了良好的教学效果。

Application of Participatory Teaching Mode Based on Superstar Learning Platform

——Taking the Course Animal Derived Food Hygiene as a Case

Abstract： Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic， the opening of classes for national universities and colleges was postponed in the spring of 2020. In this paper， in order to achieve the goal of “non-stop teaching， non-stop learning”， we launched online participatory teaching method in animal derived food hygiene teaching based on the superstar learning platform. Through rich teaching content， active classroom atmosphere， perfect curriculum assessment and diversified teaching methods， the students' learning enthusiasm is stimulated and good teaching effect is achieved.

2020年春季，为防控新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在校园蔓延，全国各高校延期开学，以在线教育为主要模式的“停课不停教、停课不停学”应运而生。超星学习通是一个面向智能手机、平板电脑等进行移动学习教育的专业平台，可建立起移动、教室和管理3端的高效互动。宜春学院结合学校实际，鼓励教师在本学期的课堂教学中使用学习通。

动物性食品卫生学是以兽医学和公共卫生学理论为基础，研究动物性食品的卫生监督、产品质量的鉴定，保障人畜健康、防治疾病傳播的一门综合性应用学科[1]，是动物检疫、食品、动物医学专业的必修课程之一。通过课程的学习，可以让学生们掌握肉、蛋、乳、鱼等检验的基本操作技能，了解动物性食品掺假手段和相应的食品安全法律法规，从而提高动物性食品安全意识。为积极响应学校号召，笔者于2020年2月17日开始，按照教学计划利用超星学习通网络教学平台开展了动物性食品卫生学线上教学。本文结合教学实践，介绍了学习通在动物性食品卫生学教学中的应用情况。……
