摘要：随着时代的迅速发展，社会对创新型人才的需求急剧增长。因此，国家和社會对于高等职业院校所培养出来学生提出了更好的要求，高等职业院校也急切地面临着转型和升级，改变传统的人才培养模式势在必行。随着双创教育理论的诞生，该文针对性地对高等职业技术学校的学生就业创业能力的培养模式进行了研讨，能够让学生拥有足够可以应对新形势下的复杂就业现状，从根本原因上提升学生的就业创业能力。

Abstract： The Times progress especially fast， along with now some technical birth， the society has had the huge change to the talented person’s demand， the society needs more innovative talented person， therefore， the country and the society to the Higher Vocational Colleges raise the student to improve the request， the higher vocational colleges are also eagerly facing the transformation and the promotion， the change tradition talented person raises the pattern to be imperative. Let’s take a look at the training mode of employment and entrepreneurship ability of students in higher vocational and technical schools with the birth of the dual creation education theory， which can enable students to cope with the complicated employment situation under the new situation， kiel can improve students’employability and entrepreneurial abilities.

随着大众创业、万众创新的提出，我国对创新型的人才的需求急剧增长。

这对高等职业技术学校的学生职业素质培养也提出了新的要求。高等职业院校必须积极地响应国家创新型人才的号召，通过高等职业技术学校整体的教学改革措施，加快培养在校大学生的创业就业能力[1]。

1高等职业院校创新教育的现在所面临的问题

1.1 政策分析

如何更好地解决大学生的就业问题，是目前我国国家层面上需要解决的难题之一。尽管相关单位出台了许多解决办法，但是收效甚微。目前大学生创业仍然处于举步维艰的状态。究其原因，这是因为一方面国家对于大学生自主创业政策还不够成熟，另一方面自主创业政策在各个地区并没做到有效地落实。一些政策虽然有很好的理念，但缺乏细节层面上的具体执行方案，还有些政策并没有在地方单位和学校方面有效执行。……
