摘要：目前，高校毕业生的就业问题已经成为我国就业问题中的一个核心问题。在经济新常态背景下，要全面审视大学生就业难的现象，并深入思考就业难的背后问题，尝试从多个渠道找出有效解决方案。该文结合经济新常态下高校毕业生就业现状及问题展开了详细的分析，并提出经济新常态背景下高校毕业生就业的路径，为今后的相关研究提供一些必要的参考依据。

Abstract： At present， the employment issue of college graduates has become a core issue in China's employment issues. In the context of the new normal economy， we should comprehensively examine the phenomenon of difficult employment of college students， deeply think about the problems behind the difficult employment， and try to find effective solutions from multiple channels. Combined with the current situation and problems of college graduates' Employment under the new economic normal， this paper analyzes in detail， and puts forward the path of college graduates' Employment under the background of the new economic normal， so as to provide some necessary reference basis for relevant research in the future.

隨着我国经济快速发展，国家和人民也更加重视教育问题，在“科教兴国”的战略下，教育发展也取得了很大进步。由于高校每年都在进行扩招，所以高校毕业生人数也有了大幅度的增加，原本是精英教育的大学教育逐渐向现在的大众教育演变，大学毕业生将面临越来越严峻的就业形势。此外，我国经济已步入新常态发展阶段，导致就业形势有了微妙的变化，进而产生新的矛盾，这无疑也加大了高校毕业生的就业难度，高校对此现象要充分重视起来。为此，就要寻求新的路径来帮助大学生解决好就业难的问题，增强他们的信心，最终能顺利就业。

1经济新常态下高校毕业生就业现状分析

1.1就业市场供需极不平衡

在我国经济发展形势进入新常态之后，经济增长的速度开始放缓，经济下行压力尤为明显。相比往年来说，在一定程度上增加了就业市场的需求，但是因产业结构转型升级和经济形势的影响，部分传统行业的用人企业普遍缩减岗位需求。……
