摘要：高校社团是校园文化建设的重要参与者，也是加强校园文化建设和促进高校德育发展的重要推动力。中华优秀传统文化作为民族根基和精神血脉，在新形势下发挥着重要作用。其中博大精深的“茶文化”，也吸引了越来越多的中国人乃至外国人。该文通过发掘其思想内核，结合鲁东大学“和”茶学社实际，探索了中国传统文化和社团活动融合育人的新途径。

Abstract： College associations are important participants in the construction of campus culture， as well as an important driving force to strengthen the construction of campus culture and promote the development of college moral education. As the national foundation and spiritual bloodline， the excellent Chinese traditional culture plays an important role in the new situation. Among them， the extensive and profound "tea culture" has also attracted more and more Chinese and even foreigners. We explored the core of its ideology， combined with the reality of the "He" Tea Society of Ludong University， and explored a new way to integrate traditional Chinese culture and community activities to educate people.

近年来，国家不断就高校思想教育和社团发展做出重要指示。2015年《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》指出，高校肩負着培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观及为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才保障和智力支持的重要任务。2016年《高校学生社团管理暂行办法》肯定了高校社团的育人功能，指出高校学生社团基本任务是坚持立德树人的基本导向，通过主题鲜明、健康有益的活动，繁荣校园文化，提升同学素质，促进成长成才。

1 基于国内社团研究现状做出改进

目前国内社团研究大多围绕社团管理制度、资源配置、组织结构、社团功能等问题，对社团育人功能理解片面，对社团育人功能的发挥仍依靠思政教育和共青团基层组织。虽有研究提议将传统文化与高校社团育人融合，但大多未见具体措施。

基于此，该文以鲁东大学“和”茶学社为入手点，结合社团成员多国别实际，采用问卷调查、个别访谈、个案分析等方法，创新中国传统文化与社团活动融合育人路径，进而实现传统文化育人功能从理论到实践的升华。……
