摘要：随着新时代的到来，加快发展和应用的信息技术对社会整体以及教育行业都产生了巨大的影响。在新媒体环境下，信息的接收传播打开了新的大门，信息的传播不再有时间与空间的阻碍，距离、国界、语言不再是问题。海量的资讯在互联网上汇聚，信息爆炸时代已经来临。而与之相应的，信息的高度集中在很大程度上困扰了大学生的认知，还会对大学生的价值观造成十分明显的影响。当前很多大学生都面临着信息认知困境，导致大学生的思维水平无法向更深层次发展，基于此，该文建议采取有效的引导形式帮助大学生提升信息认知能力。

Abstract： With the advent of the new era， the accelerated development and application of information technology has had a tremendous impact on society as well as on the education industry. In the new media environment， the reception and dissemination of information has opened new doors， the dissemination of information is no longer hindered by time and space， and distance， national boundaries， and language are no longer problems. The era of information explosion has come with the convergence of massive information on the Internet. Accordingly， the high concentration of information has largely disturbed the cognition of college students， and has a very obvious impact on their values. At present， many college students are facing information cognitive dilemma， which leads to the inability of college students to develop their thinking level to a deeper level. Based on this， this paper suggests an effective form of guidance to help college students improve their information cognitive ability.

21世紀是一个日新月异、不断变化的世纪，随着更多先进技术与设备的出现，社会的发展与变化速度加快，尤其是新媒体时代的到来，资讯与信息的传播速度空前快速，信息内容极其丰富。在新媒体环境的影响下，大学生的认知能力和认知水平也发生了相应的变化。大学生作为特殊的群体，既需要在高校中进一步深造，学习更多的理论知识，打好实践基础，同时也需要参与社会，了解更多行业规则，为后续就业和创业做好准备。在新媒体环境下，多元化、多渠道的信息流通与碰撞，大大地方便了大学生的生活与学习的同时，也对大学生接触社会，认识世界带来了积极的引导。但与此同时，过多碎片化、娱乐化、良莠不齐的信息流极大地影响了大学生深度学习与良好生活习惯的建立，尤其是影响了大学生的信息认知能力，很多大学生在不良信息的影响下出现意识行为偏差。……
