摘要习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，要把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。[1]教师不仅要传授知识，更要把立德树人作为中心环节。应对新时代新要求，高校只有树立“课程思政”的育人理念，将思政“润物细无声”融入教学设计、课程方案、课程标准、教学计划、备课授课、教学评价等教育教学全过程，才能使专业课真正成为育人主阵地，实现“思政课程”到“课程思政”。笔者在教学设计中融入课程中的德育元素，以“临终关怀”一课教学设计为例，进行课程思政视域下护理学基础教学实践探索，以期为基础护理教育者提供一些参考。

Exploration of Basic Nursing Teaching Practice from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

——Taking the teaching design of hospice care as an example

AbstractGeneral secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities that we should combine ideological and political work with[1]in the whole process of education and teaching. Teachers should not only impart knowledge， but also take building morality and cultivating people as the central link. In response to the new requirements of the new era， only by establishing the educational concept of "curriculum ideological and political" and integrating the ideological and political "moistening things silently" into the whole process of education and teaching such as teaching design， curriculum scheme， curriculum standard，teachingplan， lesson preparationand teaching evaluation，cancollegesanduniversitiestruly becomethemain position of education and realize the transformation from "Ideological and political course" to "curriculum ideological and political". The author integrates the moral education elements in the curriculum into the teaching design， and takes the teaching design of "hospice care" as an example to explore the practice of basic nursing teaching from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics， in order to provide some references for basic nursing educators.

“護理学基础”是护理专业的核心课程和必修课程，是与临床课连接的桥梁，涵盖了临床护理人员必须掌握的基本知识、基本理论和基本技能，[2]对学生的职业能力和职业素质培养起关键作用。“护理学基础”作为一门理论与实践相结合的课程，教师在教学时非常注重实践能力的培养，容易忽视德育，而学生也往往更重视临床实践技能的学习，忽视职业素质的养成。本堂课的教学内容为临终关怀，是《护理学基础》中第二十二章的内容，是对患者护理的最后一程，如何为临终患者提供全面的照护，使其舒适、安详、有尊严、无痛苦地走完人生的最后旅程，其知识点占有重要地位。

在中国人的传统观念里，死亡是可怕的，是令人避之不及的，所以中国的死亡教育几乎没有，才会有那么多人在亲人即将离世之时不知所措，那么多人在得知自己身患绝症之时自暴自弃。……
