摘要高校人才培养与产业集群融合是解决人才适配、产业转型升级和经济可持续发展的关键途径。研究在分析深度融合必要性和急迫性的基础上，构建了包括全主体参与、全过程覆盖、全方位融合的“三维”融合体系，并提出相应的构建策略，研究结果为促进产学研一体化协调融合，提升产业链水平提供理论支撑。

Research on the Construction of "Three dimensional" System of the Integration of Talent Cultivation and Industrial Cluster in Universities of Guizhou Province

AbstractThe integration of talent cultivation in universities and industrial clusters is a key way to solve the problem of talent adaptation， industrial transformation and upgrading， and sustainable economic development. Based on the analysis of thenecessityandurgencyofin-depthintegration， thepaperconstructsa"three-dimensional"integrationsystem thatincludes fullsubjectparticipation，fullprocesscoverage，andall-roundintegration，andproposedcorrespondingconstructionstrategies. Theresearchresultsprovidetheoreticalsupportforpromotingthecoordinationandintegrationofindustryuniversityresearch integration to improve the level of industry chain.

2019年國家发改委、教育部等6部门印发《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》，提出了“打造一批区域特色鲜明的产教融合型行业，建立产教融合型企业制度和组合式激励政策体系。”这表明国家对推进“产教融合发展工程”进行了整体谋划，形成了新的发展动力，提出了新的要求。贵州省也积极制定了《贵州省十大千亿级工业产业振兴行动方案》，深化实施工业强省战略，[1]肩负助力新一轮西部大开发，培育十大千亿产业的使命。同时，贵州省十大千亿级工业产业集聚发展与专业人才适配之间存在严重冲突，面临着人才培养模式与产业转型升级需求相背离、培养方案设计与产业功能匹配断层、专业课程设置与产业结构对接错位等方面的问题。因此，如何在产教融合发展工程引领下，构建基于产业集聚和人才培养的创新融合机制是亟须解决的具有变革性、系统性的现实难题。
