摘要桂林理工大学水文与水资源工程专业在大力推进创新创业人才培养的过程中与OBE理念相结合，提升该专业学生的创新创业综合水平，将理论与实践相结合，多学科多专业相互促进相互渗透，构建基于成果的培养体系，提出以学生为主体、情景化教学的教学思路，为水文与水资源工程专业人才培养带来一定的依据。

Exploring of the Cultivation Model of Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Based on OBE

——A Case Study of Department of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering， Guilin University of Technology

AbstractThe specialty of hydrology and water resources engineering of Guilin University of technology combines the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with OBE concept to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in hydrology and water resources engineering. It combines theory with practice， promotes interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary integration， constructs achievement oriented teaching mode， and puts forward the teaching idea of student-centered and situational teaching， and it provides reference for the cultivation of talents of hydrology and water resources engineering.

OBE教育理念是美國教育家SPADY首次提出的“成果导向教育（OBE）”的概念，[1]英文翻译Outcome-BasedEducation。这里所说的“成果”即学生借助于自身努力学习，可以得到与所掌握知识对应的能力，借助于努力学习来让学生能够真正达到预期的成果。[2]该教育理念产生之后逐渐得以完善，其重点解答了“WWHH”这几个关键性问题：[3]学生应当学习什么以及掌握哪些知识（What）？为何学生应当取得相应的学习成果（Why）？怎样确保学生可以获取到学习结果（How）？怎样判定学生是否获得学习结果（How）？所以基于OBE理念着手开展的教学活动首当其冲的便是清楚了解学习成果，坚持以学生为中心，结合相应的学习成果来明确有针对性的教学目标，优化教学流程，最终使学生实现“乐学”“会学”“学会”。OBE教育理念不仅符合教育部2018年倡导的“突出学生中心、突出产出导向、突出持续改进”三大基本原则，而且与我国产教融合的教育模式高度契合。
