摘要目的：研究标准化病人情景模拟教学对护理专业学生临床思维能力的影响。方法：选取在我校就读的护理专业的学生100名作为实验对象，根据随机数字表法平均分成实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规教学模式，实验组采用标准化病人情景模拟教学模式，统计并对比一个学期后两组学生的教学成果以及学生三个方面的临床能力。结果：实验组学生的学习效果明显优于对照组学生（P<0.05），实验组学生的各项临床能力均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：标准化病人情景模拟的教学方法能提高学生学习的效率，提高学生各方面的临床能力，值得在临床教学上推广。

Effect of Standardized Patient Scenario Simulation Teaching on Clinical Thinking Ability of Nursing Students

AbstractObjective： To study the effect of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching on clinical thinking ability of nursing students. Methods： 100 nursing students in our school were selected as the experimental objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode， and the experimental group adopted the standardized patient scenario simulationteachingmode.The teaching achievements ofthetwogroupsand the clinicalabilities ofthe students in three aspects were counted and compared after one semester. Results： the learning effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P< 0.05）， and the clinical abilityoftheexperimental group was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the teaching method of standardized patient scenario simulation can improve students’ learning efficiency and clinical ability， which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.

随着经济的发展和医疗环境的改善，患者及其亲属对护理人员护理服务质量的要求也在不断提高。因此，护生在进入临床前，就必须具备提供优质护理的能力。然而，病人权利意识和伦理意识的提高使生在临床实践中直接从病人身上学习的可能性大大降低。[1]因此，近年来，标准化患者逐渐被引入临床模拟教学中，以提高学生的临床实践水平。在现有的护理学研究中，大部分研究者都让学生作为标准化病人来进行辅助教学和评价，但是相应的教学方法的发展却并不成熟。基于此，为深入研究研究标准化病人情景模拟教学对护理专业学生临床思维能力的影响，现报告如下。
