摘要近年来，职业院校技能大赛的规模不断扩大，学院在赛务管理工作方面涉及外联、內协事务，复杂程度高，时间要求紧，传统的人工管理方式已经不能满足赛事的组织规模及信息准确性要求。本文从我院承办多次技能竞赛的实际出发，分析了承办竞赛的收获和存在的不足，提出以大数据思维和信息化手段研发或使用先进成熟的赛务管理系统，从而有效促进竞赛管理和机制创新。

Thoughts and Optimization Countermeasures on Undertaking Skill Competition in Vocational Colleges

AbstractIn recent years， the scale of skills competition in vocational colleges has been expanding. In terms of competition management， the college involves external and internal affairs， with high complexity and tight time requirements. The traditional manual management method can no longer meet the requirements of organization scale and information accuracy. Based on the fact that our institute has undertaken many skills competitions， this paper analyzes the gains and shortcomings of undertaking competitions， and proposes to develop or use advancedand mature competition management system with big data thinking and information means，so as to effectively promote competition management and mechanism innovation.

职业院校技能竞赛是深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对技能人才工作的重要指示精神，是弘扬精益求精的工匠精神，激励广大院校师生和企业职工走技能成才、技能报国之路，加快培养大批高素质劳动者和高技能人才的重要举措。随着高等职业教育在整个教育体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色，职业技能竞赛也受到越来越多的关注。

我省一直高度重视职业技能的实践与改革，不断组织各类职业院校技能竞赛。职业院校积极参与各类竞赛，积极与省内外学校进行训练交流，取长补短，良好地营造了“以赛促教，以赛促学、以赛促训、以赛促评、以赛促建”的竞赛氛围。师生参加各种职业技能竞赛，最直观地提升了教学能力和技能水平；学院在组织、管理技能竞赛的过程中，进一步转变了教育理念、深化校企合作、推动人才培养方案和课程标准改革、完善专业实训条件，从而加强学院内涵建设，着力培养高技能型人才，助力全省经济社会发展。……
