摘要新时代高校教师面临来自多方面的压力和挑战，学校教师党支部就是凝聚力量，把教师的战斗力激发出来，使基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用得到最大的发挥，建设一支能应对诸多时代挑战和新要求的教师队伍，教师党支部承担着强化自身政治建设提高政治觉悟的重要功能。本文试图从教师党员教育学习机制、党支部建设机制、党员发展机制、党内关怀帮扶服务机制、党员考核评价机制五个方面试探高等学校教师党支部发挥作用的机制。

AbstractIn the new era， university teachers are faced with pressure and challenges from many aspects. The Party branch of teachers in schools is to gather their strength and stimulate the fighting power of teachers， so as to maximize the role of the battle bastion of the grass-roots party branches， and to build a team of teachers who can meet many challenges and new requirements of the times， the branch of the teacher party is responsible for strengthening its own political construction and improving political awareness. This paper attempts to explore the mechanism of the role of the Party branch in colleges and universities from five aspects： the education and learning mechanism of teachers， the constructionmechanismof theParty branch， the developmentmechanismofthe partymembers，theservice mechanism of the party care and assistance， and the evaluation mechanism of the party members.

高等學校知识分子云集，是当今社会非常重要的知识群体集结地，因此，也聚集了各种文化和先进思想。高等学校还有一批批思想活跃、追求上进、易于接受新思想的青年学生，这些都是高校党建工作得天独厚的资源。其党建工作开展的顺畅与否，效果明显与否，质量好坏关联着高等学校未来的成长，党建工作引起党和国家的高度关注。为了迎接新时期的新要求与新挑战，进一步推进党建工作，高校必须从观念、内容、形式等方面进行创新，以更加完全、新颖、科学的工作实践，促成理想的效果。[1]本文期望突破党建工作遇到的瓶颈，着重针对党员教育管理学习的长效机制、党支部建设机制、党员发展机制、党内关怀服务机制、党员考核评价机制进行研究，探索高校教师党支部发挥作用的机制。
