摘要随着社会对人才综合素质的要求提高，领导力成了大学生在团体合作中的一项重要素质。通过访谈H大学10名学生发现大学生存在领导知识较匮乏、意识不强烈，领导经历丰富、行为多样，但领导技能不精良、能力不突出的问题，同时这也因大学生专业、成绩等权威以及组织氛围、成员关系疏近的不同而存在差异。高校应从专业教师培养、设置相关课程、将领导力纳入评价等方面着手，助力大学生的领导力培养。大学生自身也应主动培养领导意识，积极参与领导实践。

On the Current Situation of College Students’ Leadership and the Cultivation Path

——Take H University as an example

AbstractWith the improvement of society’s requirements for talents’ comprehensive quality， leadership has become an important quality of college students in group cooperation. Through the interview with 10 students in H University， we found that there are some problems in college students， such as lack of leadership knowledge， weak consciousness， rich leadership experience and diverse behaviors， but poor leadership skills and ability. At the same time， there are also differences due to the differences in majors， grades and other authorities of college students， as well as organizational atmosphere and member relationship. Colleges and universities should start from professional teacher training， setting up relevant courses， and integrating leadership into evaluation to help college students’ leadership training. College students themselves should also take the initiative to cultivate leadership awareness and actively participate in leadership practice.

全球化的發展呈现多元趋势，社会对人才需求的理念突破了传统的人才观，对大学生的综合素质要求越来越高。大学生领导力素质的培养自20世纪80年代以来逐渐受到广泛重视，我国的高校也开展了有关领导力的课程和相关讲座以提升大学生的领导力素养。同时，大学学习中的学生工作、科研项目、小组作业等等团队合作完成任务的形式使得大学生领导力对于组织目标的达成也起着举足轻重的作用。

1大学生领导力的概念

关于大学生领导力的定义，主要有两种观点：其一认为大学生领导力是处于领导地位的大学生已经具备或需要掌握的一系列能力；①其二认为大学生领导力就是大学生通过充分利用自身和周围的资源以掌握一定的能力从而最终实现自我和团体目标的过程。……
