摘要随着时代的进步和互联网的普及，当代大学生深受影响以致不少人的心理抗压能力出现不同程度的降低。而在心理健康教育工作中，高校辅导员扮演重要角色，也承担着重要职责。本文立足于高校辅导员职责，就当前辅导员构建心理育人体系的现状作简要分析，对其如何更好地开展这一工作进行初步探讨，并给出关于辅导员开展心理健康教育的路径的建议。

The Value Connotation and Path Analysis of College counselors Constructing Psychological Education System in the New Era

AbstractWith the progress of era and the popularity of the Internet， contemporary college students affected so that many people with psychological compressive ability appear different degree of reduced in psychological health education work， college counselors play an important role， also bear the important responsibility. In this paper， based on the responsibility of university counselors and the current situation of counselors’ construction of psychological education system is a brief analysis of the article discusses how to carry out the work better， and give suggestions for counselors to carry out the psychological health education path.

随着时代的进步和互联网的普及，大学生接触到更为多元也更加复杂的信息。作为“00后”的他们，性格有着显著的优点，但亦有不少问题，比如孤傲、封闭等。大学生心理健康教育作为高校人才培养重要的关卡之一，其对提高大学生心理素质、促进大学生身心和谐发展至关重要，其也是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容之一。[1]随着时代的进步，其过程中存在的一些矛盾势必会给大学生的学习和生活造成一定的影响，进而会导致心理情绪异常。2017年12月，中共教育部党组发布《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中将“心理育人”纳入高校“十大”育人體系，[2]而高校辅导员在大学生心理健康教育中承担着重要的职责，因此，新时代下高校辅导员做好大学生心理健康教育工作，培育大学生自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态显得尤为重要。
