摘要从供给侧改革视域看，大学生就业创业能力培养能够化解高校人才供给总量过剩、高素质人才供给短缺等问题，促进高校人才培养和市场人才需求的供给平衡。当前高校大学生就业能力培养仍存在理念落后、师资力量不足、培养模式不合理等问题，制约了大学生就业创业能力培养效果。因此，应以供给侧改革思想指导高校教学改革，加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设，树立以就业创业能力培养为导向的课程体系和教学模式。

On the Strategies of Improving College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform

AbstractFrom the perspective of supply side reform，the cultivation of College Students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability can solvethe problems of excess supply oftalents in Colleges and universities and theshortage of high-quality talents， and promote the supply balance between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the demand of talents in the market. At present， there are still some problems in the cultivation of college students’ employability， such as the backward concept， the lack of teachers and the unreasonable training mode， which restrict the effect of the cultivation of college students’ employability and entrepreneurship. Therefore， we should take the supply sidereformidea toguide the teachingreform in colleges and universities， strengthen the constructionof "double teachers and double abilities" teaching team， and establish the curriculum system and teaching mode oriented by the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship.

供给侧改革是以“供给—需求”的动态平衡为出发点的，以优化供给数量和质量为基本思路，以促进经济发展动态平衡为目标的经济改革思想。供给侧改革是党和政府为解决产能过剩、供需失衡等经济问题而提出的经济改革思路，也是破除中国经济发展的阶段性问题的“一剂良方”。其实，供给侧改革不仅适用于经济供需失衡问题，也适应于教育教学、大学生就业等领域，为此，可以从供给侧改革視角分析大学生就业创业问题，探索大学生就业创业能力培养的新模式。
