摘要高等院校学生评教关系重大，关系到教师的教与学生的学，所以学生评教指标体系的构建是非常重要的。其构建要遵循一定的原则，在笔者看来高等院校学生评教指标体系的构建需要遵循科学性、统一性、适用性、差异性等原则。每个高校都是独立的个体，有自己的教学特色所以，在构建体系的过程中不能照搬照抄其他学校的经验，我们可以学习别人成功的经验，但必须要结合学校自身的特点进行评教指标的构建。

The Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Students in Local Colleges and Universities

AbstractCollege students’ evaluation of teaching is of great importance， which is related to teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. Therefore， the construction of student evaluation index system is very important. Its construction should follow certain principles. In the author’s opinion， the construction of teaching evaluation index system for college students should follow the principles of scientificity， unity， applicability and difference. Every university is an independent individual with its own teaching characteristics. Therefore， in the process of constructing the system， we cannot copy the experiences of other schools. We can learn from other people’s successful experiences， but we must combine the characteristics of the school to construct teaching evaluation indicators. The two sides of the teaching evaluation system are teachers and students， who jointly determine the standards and importance of the teaching evaluation system. Moreover， the weight values of each standard in the system are presented in quantitative form through professional methods， thus constituting an index system recognized by everyone. Students， teachers， experts and scholars are the co-framers of this index， so the school management can conveniently and professionally work out the index system of students’ evaluation of teaching suitable for different disciplines， majors and grades.

為了提高教师的教学技能，许多高校的管理层都建构了学生评教指标体系，也就是学生对教师上课质量的一个评价，学生对教师上课的表现进行量化的评价。这种评教体系也是世界各高校采用的对教学质量评价的重要方式之一。

1构建学生评教指标体系的作用

教师课堂教学质量的评价具有相当重要的作用，具有引导、鼓励、考查、核定教师的作用，科学合理的教学评价系统能帮助教师确立好的教学观念，建立对的教学行为，制定良好的教学策略，也可以激励学生更积极主动地学习，提高他们对学习的兴趣。教师和学生在教学过程中都做好了，课堂的教学质量就可以得到很好的提升，教师的教学水平也能得到更好的发展与进步，为以后课程改善，课堂教学的变革带来更大的希望与更多的支持。课堂教学质量的评价的好坏，影响是相当大的，其影响到教学评教的等级和结果，是教学评价发挥其价值的重要体现。……
