摘要高校辅导员是大学生健康成长与就业择业的引路人和指导者，为了切实帮助青年学生梳理学业生涯规划、明确职业发展方向、绘制人生发展蓝图，需要从新生入学到老生就业形成闭合循环的育人机制和服务体系。高校定期向辅导员提供就业指导与技能鉴定的相关培训，拓展辅导员晋升机制和发展空间，培养辅导员指导学生就业的专业能力，搭建从入学到离校学生个人档案的数字化信息管理平台，形成帮助青年学生精准就业与对口升学的有效反馈机制。

On the Path of College Counselors to Promote Graduates’ Accurate Employment and Counterpart Study

AbstractAs college counselors， they are guides and guides for the healthy growth and employment of college students. In order to help young students sort out their academic career planning， clarify their career development direction， and drawa blueprint for their life development， it is necessary to form a closed cycle of education mechanism and service system from the enrollment of new students to the employment of old students. Colleges and universities regularly provide counselors with training on employment guidance and skill appraisal， expand counselors’ promotion mechanism and development space， cultivate counselors’ professional ability to guide students’ employment， build a digital information management platform for students’ personal files from enrollment to departure，and form an effective feedback mechanism to help young students’ accurate employment and counterpart study.

“十四五”規划在教育提质扩容工程的任务表中，职业教育处于举足轻重的地位，国家支持高职院校建设200所和高质量专业600个为底线，同时率先带动一批优秀的中等职业技术学院并发展其优质专业。由此可以看出，我国实现第二个中国梦即中华民族伟大复兴，需要培养应用技术型人才。因此，我们普通高等教育更要重视在校大学生的专业基础知识、应用技术能力以及毕业适应能力，帮助高校毕业生能够按照自己预期的目标精准就业或者对口升学。

《关于做好2021年全国高校毕业生就业工作的通知》全国各省高等教育院校始终围绕以习近平为代表的党中央，读懂弄通吃透党的十九届五中全会精神和“十四五”规划细则，作为高校辅导员应该将思想政治教育融入大学生的就业择业引导，实施校企结合形成品牌就业服务体系，确保高校精确施策、多方合力的稳定就业局势。……
