摘要目的：本文旨在观察实习医学生在临床实践教学中采用巴林特小组实践活动的效果，以提升实习医学生医患沟通能力提供支持。方法：随机入选我院2019年6月至2020年6月的30名本科实习医学生为研究观察对象，所有学生均采用巴林特小组实践活动，活动前、活动1年后分别观察医学生利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表、安全感量表（SQ）、人际信任量表（ITS）。结果：30名实习医学生经过巴林特小组實践活动后，实习医学生利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表、SQ、ITS评分改善明显，P<0.05，差异有意义。结论：对实习医学生采用巴林特小组实践活动，对于提升实习医学生医患沟通能力具有积极意义，值得广泛应用。

Practice and Application of Balint Group in Improving Doctor Patient Communication Ability of Interns

AbstractObjective To observe the effect of Balint group practice in clinical practice teaching of medical students， and to provide support for improving the ability of doctor-patient gap of medical students. Methods a total of 30 undergraduate interns in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects. All the students used Balint group practice activities. Before and after the activities， the medical students were observed with the Liverpool doctorcommunicationability evaluation scale，thesenseofsecurity scale（SQ）and theinterpersonal Trust Scale（ITS）. Results after Balint group practice， the scores of Liverpool doctor communication ability scale， SQ and it’s of 30 interns were improved significantly（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the practice of Balint group for interns is of positive significance to improve the doctor-patient gap ability of interns， which is worthy of wide application.

医患沟通属于医疗卫生事业的核心环节，良好的沟通能力有利构建良好的医患关系，避免医患矛盾不良事件发生，为推动医疗卫生事业的良好发展提供必要支持。[1-2]实习医学生沟通技能的不足是医学生顺利完成临床实习的最大阻碍之一，甚至会影响其临床实习的信心和效果。精神师分析师MichaelBalint创建了巴林特小组，作为一种立足于精神心理动力学角度，思考、关注医患关系的一种科学训练方法，随着这种训练方式不断完善，当前巴林特小组已经成为职业培训和欧美医学教育的一门必修课程。这种以团体互助活动为主的训练方法，较传统以讲座和课堂教学为主的医患沟通教学方法，高度重视医护人员的交流沟通和得到及时反馈，为培养医患沟通能方法提供了全新的思路。……
