摘要本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对高校游泳运动推广困境进行了探讨，借鉴日本《泳力认定》制度和户外竞技闯关节目的做法，结合游泳课教学改革实际，创设出具有本校特色的泳力认定制度。实践结果表明，泳力认定制度对游泳教学、竞赛、课外锻炼具有积极的促进作用，对实现游泳运动推广工作的长效化、制度化、常态化有重要意义，在高校游泳运动发展中有广阔的应用前景。

AbstractFamily education is not only the basis and important supplement of school education， but also an important force to promote the progress of students’ ability. Only when a student has a good family education atmosphere can he be helped to better carry out his study in the school and get better academic performance. Rural primary and secondary education as a weak area， not only the teaching conditions are not as good as the city， but also the ideology and daily life style of students’ parents are less than the city. Affected by these factors， rural primary and secondary education has exposed many problems. Taking the current situation of family education of rural primary and secondary school students in Yiyang City as the research object， analyzing the existing problems will help to find a way to solve this universal problem.

0前言

游泳作為全民健身计划倡导推广的健身项目之一，目前已被多数高校列为体育选项课，举办游泳比赛也成为各高校每年的常规节目。由于游泳运动具有高危性、季节性的“先天性缺陷”，即使开设游泳课和举办游泳比赛也扭转不了其在高校中的发展颓势，参加比赛和课外锻炼的学生依然寥寥无几。为此，本文以游泳运动在校园中的推广困境为切入点，针对学生参与热情低、课外锻炼长效机制缺失及中低水平学生比赛获奖难的问题，提出泳力认定的设想，力图通过制定一套简单有趣、实用可行、机动灵活，具有自评和指引功能的游泳锻炼评价方法，进一步细化游泳运动深入开展的手段，为推动游泳运动在高校的发展提供借鉴和参考。
