摘要高校思想政治理论课程具有“立德树人”的根本任务，需要结合具體的教学实践和新时期的具体要求面向“两性一度”的“金课”建设标准，提升新的内涵与层次。本文以“思想道德与法律修养”课程为例，针对“金课”的具体要求和“思政”课程面对的普遍问题，提出了OBE教学理念的转变、信息化的教学设计、教学内容达到“守纪律”与“广融合”、教学形式的多样性、教学过程的民主开放性以及教学评价方式的多元转变等六个方面的改革要求，以期推动高校思政课程的“金课”教学改革进程。

On the Teaching Reform Path of Ideological and Political "Golden Course" in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

——Taking "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis" as an example

AbstractThe ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities has the fundamental task of"Building Morality and cultivating talents"， which needs to be combined with the specific teaching practice and the specific requirements of the new era， and face the "golden course" construction standard of "Two characteristics and one degree"， so as to enhance the new connotation and level. Taking the course of "Ideological and moral education andlegal cultivation" as an example， in view of the specific requirements of "golden course" and the common problems faced by "Ideological and political education" course， this paper puts forward the transformation of OBE teaching concept， information-based teaching design， the "discipline" and "wide integration" of teaching content， the diversity of teachingforms， the innovation of teaching methods， and the innovation of teaching methods. In order to promote the"golden course" teaching reform process of Ideological and political course in colleges and universities， six aspects of reform requirements are put forward，including the democratic and open teaching process and the diversified transformation of teaching evaluation methods.

1对新时期高校思政“金课”的理解

“两性一度”作为“金课”的建设标准，首次于第11届中国大学教学论坛上被提出。时任教育部高教司司长吴岩在提出了此“金课”建设标准之后，“两性一度”标准更是作为建设思想政治理论“金课”的重要指向。“立德树人”作为思政课的关键本质任务，更需要打造“两性一度”的“金课”，在新时代培育新人的过程中切实发挥出更多的实效性。打造高效思想政治理论“金课”，成了自学校思政课教师座谈会后，不懈努力的奋斗目标。随着国家和各高校的重视，以及思政教师的努力，这些年高校思政课建设取得了有效的发展，涌现了不少优秀课程案例，但是要挤掉更多“水课”，打造更多“金课”还需要探索新的路径。全方位打造思想政治理论“金课”的过程，还需要通过“两性一度”的标准来转变已有的教学内容和教学模式，检验出思想政治理论课的含金量。……
