摘要分子生物学是生命科学类专业的核心课程。在“两性一度”的“金课”标准指导下，教师以学生为中心，对分子生物学课程进行了一系列改革，包括：加工和再编辑教学内容、创新教学模式和实践教学、构建多维度多阶段的考核体系以及挖掘思政元素进课堂等。通过这些方面的教育教学改革，显著提升了分子生物学课程的教学质量，提高了学生的综合素质和创新能力，达到了培养分子生物学人才和陶冶情操、提升素质的“同向同行”的育人目标。

Teaching Reform and Practice Exploration of Molecular Biology Course under the Background of "Golden Course"

AbstractMolecular biology is the core course of life science majors. Under the guidance of the "Golden Course" standard， teaching reform which is characterized by the student-centered was carried out， including processing and reediting teaching content， innovating teaching mode and practice teaching， constructing multi-dimensional and multistageexamination system， and diggingideological and politicalelements into the classroom，etc.Through these aspects of education and teaching reform， the teaching quality of molecular biology has been significantly improved， the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students have been cultivated. The educational goal of "working together" of cultivating molecular biology talents， edifying sentiment and improving quality have been achieved.

分子生物學是建立在生物化学、遗传学等学科基础上、在分子水平上探讨生命活动的一门学科，内容主要涉及染色体与DNA、DNA复制、转录、翻译、修复与转座等生命过程与机理，真核和原核生物基因表达调控的基本原理，分子生物学研究方法等。[1]目前，分子生物学已渗透到生物学几乎所有学科，成为现代生命科学的共同语言，“分子生物学”课程也是高等院校生命科学类专业的核心理论课程。[2]

2018年11月24日，教育部高教司吴岩司长在第十一届“中国大学教学论坛”上提出金课标准为“两性一度”，即高阶性、创新性、挑战度。如何建设我们的“分子生物学”“金课”呢？分子生物学具有两个特点：1）分子生物学以生物大分子为中心、在分子水平上探讨生命活动；2）分子生物学的新理论和新技术不断涌现，知识更新快。[3，4]我们基于这两个学科特点为教学改革的出发点，创新教学理念，建立以学生为中心、让学生真正成为教学中“分子”的“分子生物学”教学模式。……
