摘  要：课程建设是专业建设的重要部分。如何建设一流课程是一流专业建设面临的重要课题。以小学教育国家一流专业课程建设为例，在调查研究当前小学教育专业课程主要问题的基础上，有针对性地提出了面向国家一流小学教育专业课程建设的策略建议。

Abstract： Curriculum construction is an important part of specialty construction. How to construct the first-class professional curriculum is an important issue facing the first-class professional construction. Taking the curriculum construction of the first-class primary education major as an example， through investigation and research， this paper understands the main problems existing in the curriculum of primary education major at present， and then puts forward some suggestions for the curriculum construction of the first-class primary education major.

為了加快建设高水平本科教育、夯实我国高等教育质量的根基，教育部相继出台了《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》（教高〔2018〕2号）、《关于深化本科教育教学改革 全面提高人才培养质量的意见》（教高〔2019〕6号）和《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》（教高〔2019〕8号）等系列文件，把建设一流本科课程作为推进一流专业建设、建设更高水平人才培养体系的重要举措，并且提出了国家级和省级一流课程建设的“双万计划”蓝图。一流本科专业课程建设问题由此成为高校本科专业建设、特别是国家一流本科专业建设的重要课题。本文试以我国某个大学的国家一流本科专业——小学教育专业课程建设为例，对此问题展开探讨，以期为当前国家一流本科专业课程提供借鉴方略。

一、小学教育专业课程建设满意度调查问卷设计

教育部在《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》（教高〔2019〕8号）中指出，一流课程建设要确立“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念。如果说专业是人才培养的基本单元，那么课程便是人才培养的核心要素，是落实“以学生发展为中心”理念的“最后一公里”。……
