摘要：众所周知，创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家教育水平的不竭动力，是一所学校永恒生命力的源泉。对于初中物理教学来说，在新课程改革的今天，作为一名优秀的物理教师，除了要教给学生一些重要的物理知识外，还要结合创新教育的精神，进一步培养和提高学生的创新能力，从而有效地促进学生更好地适应知识经济社会，更好地促进学生物理综合能力的全面提升和发展，最终使他们成为创新型的社会人才。但不乐观的是，在目前初中物理教学的现状下，由于一些教师深受传统教育观念的束缚，在实际教学中更多地采用传统的教学方法，导致学生始终处于被动地位，通常只是被动地接受物理知识。长期以来，它不仅严重扼杀了学生积极学习体育知识极性的积累，而且严重阻碍了学生创新能力的形成和发展。在此基础上，笔者将从“以兴趣为导向”和“以实践为基础”两个方面进行分析，探讨如何培养学生的创新能力。

Abstract：Asweallknow，innovationisthesoulofanationsprogress，theinexhaustibledrivingforceofacountryseducation，andthesourceoftheeternalvitalityofaschool.Forphysicsteachinginjuniorhighschool，inthenewcurriculumreformtoday，asanexcellentphysicsteacher，inadditiontoteachingstudentssomeimportantphysicsknowledge，wemustalsocombinethespiritofinnovativeeducationtofurthercultivateandimprovestudents'innovativeabilityInordertoeffectivelypromotestudentstobetteradapttotheknowledgeeconomyandsociety，andtobetterpromotethecomprehensiveimprovementanddevelopmentofstudents'comprehensivephysicalability，andultimatelymakethembecomeinnovativesocialtalents.However，itisnotoptimisticthatunderthecurrentsituationofphysicsteachinginjuniorhighschools，someteachersaredeeplyconstrainedbytraditionaleducationalconcepts，andmoretraditionalteachingmethodsareusedinactualteaching，resultinginstudentsalwaysbeinginapassiveposition，usuallyonlypassively.Acceptphysicalknowledge.Foralongtime，itnotonlyseriouslystifledtheaccumulationofstudents'activelearningofsportsknowledge，butalsoseriouslyhinderedtheformationanddevelopmentofstudents'innovativeability.Onthisbasis，theauthorwillanalyzethetwoaspectsof"interest-oriented"and"practice-based"todiscusshowtocultivatestudents'innovativeability.

随着新课程改革的深入发展和完善，在当前的初中物理教学中，注重学生创新能力的培养和提升，已成为每一位优秀初中物理教师的光荣使命和重大责任。其主要原因是，教师如果能注重学生创新能力的培养，不仅能有效地促进学生综合物理能力的发展和提升，对初中高效物理课堂的建设也具有一定的现实意义，更重要的是，它可以为学生将来的物理学习乃至所有学科的学习打下良好的基础。……
