摘  要：高校创新创业教育越来越受到国家的重视，而实践条件建设是创新创业人才培养体系中的一项重要内容。以河北工程大学信息与电气工程学院为例，对电子信息工程专业的创新创业课程、师资队伍、开放式实践空间、创新创业服务平台、项目孵化体系、激励机制等方面进行了探索和研究，把创新教育、科技创新实践和创业环境融为一体，为电子信息工程专业学生创新创业能力培养搭建完善的实践条件环境，取得了明显成效。

Abstract：Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has been paid more and more attention by the state. The construction of practical conditions is an important part of the training system of innovative entrepreneurship talents. Taking the School of Information and Electrical Engineering，Hebei University of Engineering as an example，this paper explores and studies the innovative entrepreneurship courses，faculty，open practice space，innovative entrepreneurship service platform，project incubation system and incentive mechanism of the specialty of electronic information engineering. It integrates innovative education，scientific and technological innovation practice and entrepreneurial environment. It has built a perfect practical environment for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in electronic information engineering，and achieved remarkable results.

0  引  言

“大众创业、万众创新”是新时期国家的重要发展战略之一，培养新一代创新创业人才是时代赋予高校的使命[1]。在电子信息工程专业大学生中开展创新创业教育需要加强创新创业实践教学的环境建设，为学生提供进行创新创业技能的模拟运行及经营管理实践所需的条件[2]。通过对高校的创新创业实践发展的现状分析[3]，河北工程大学（以下简称“我校”）信息与电气工程学院（以下简称“信电学院”）以现有实际条件为基础，通过整合学院优势资源，采用内引外联，将高校创新创业教育、创新创业实践和创新创业环境融为一体，提供电子信息工程专业特色的大学生创新创业实践条件，在该环境下通过实践来切实提高大学生的创新创业能力，将创新创业教育真正落到实处。
