摘  要：现阶段，新媒体发展得越来越快，县域融媒体平台也在悄无声息地建立。在我们现实生活中的各个方面，县域融媒体平台的影响力已迅速地渗入，网络是其进行传播的最大的特点，而网络不仅改变了大众的传播方式，也改变了大众的舆论形态。目前有些新媒体信息虚假、不健康、不符合实际的内容充斥网络，被蒙蔽双眼的群众不加思索的恶意评论、中伤他人，造成舆论压力与负面影响，继而对社会稳定造成影响。网络舆论与县域融媒体平台正处于社会转型期，其发布的信息是一把“双刃剑”，既给我们整个社会带来许多正面的效益，但同时又带来了大量的负面影响。因此，怎样规范与治理县域融媒体平台信息与网络舆论，实现新媒体自身的净化、持续发展，确保社会、新媒体、县域融媒体平台及各种网络信息平台能够正常有序地高效率运行，是值得我们思索和探究的现实问题。

Abstract：It can be seen that the development of new media is getting faster and faster at present stage. At the same time，the county-level media convergence platform is also quietly established，which has infiltrated rapidly in all aspects of our real life. The communication through network is the biggest characteristic. However，network has not only changed the way of mass communication，but also changed the form of public opinion. It is found that some new media information is false and unhealthy that does not conform to the actual content，in which the masses carry out malicious comments and harm others without having a good understanding of the fact，resulting in pressure and negative impact of public opinion，and then generating the impact on social stability. As for the information released by the network public opinion and the county-level media convergence platform，it is in the social transformation period，which is a “double-edged sword”，since it both brings a lot of positive effects to the whole society and a great deal of negative effects at the same time. As a result，it is a practical problem worthy of our consideration and exploration for how to standardize and govern the information and network public opinion of the county-level media convergence platform，realize the purification and sustainable development of the new media itself，as well as ensure the normal，orderly and efficient operation of the society，the new media，the county-level convergence media platform，and all kinds of network information platforms.
