摘 要：水产品加工行业是我国沿海各省的支柱产业，近些年得到快速发展。但随着社会的发展与经济的增长，我国水产品加工行业逐渐出现一些问题，因此，我国水产品加工行业面临很多问题与挑战，需要及时解决。本文分析了水产品加工行业的现状与存在的问题，并提出相应的发展对策。

Abstract：Aquatic product processing industry is a pillar industry of coastal provinces in China， and it has developed rapidly in recent years. However， with the development of society and economic growth， there are some problems in the aquatic product processing industry in China. Therefore， Chinas aquatic products processing industry is facing many problems and challenges， which need to be solved in time. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of aquatic products processing industry， and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.

我国的水产品加工行业起步晚，但近年来发展很快，已发展成为一个包括食品加工、机械制造、保鲜物流等行业的集成加工体系。目前的水产品加工技术已相对成熟，主要有传统加工和现代加工2种方式，但整个行业缺乏一定的标准体系与规范管理，导致水产品加工行业存在很多问题，特别是为了增产和保鲜添加了过多的化学物质，已经造成了严重的食品安全隐患。随着我国经济水平的不断增长，人们的生活质量日益提高，对食品质量的要求也更高，因此水产品加工行业在我国有很大的市场和利润。

1 水产品加工的现状分析

1.1 水产加工业增长迅速

我国水产品加工行业自改革开放才开始兴起，经过几十年的发展，已跻身为世界水产大国，水产品加工生产量已成为世界第一。据资料显示，2018年我国水产养殖企业已经有9 000多家，水产品生产量已达到6 458万t，居世界首位。联合国粮农组织（FAO）预测，2019年全球渔业产量约1.78亿t，捕捞渔业总产量将下降3.4%，水产养殖产品增长4%，89%的鱼类供人类食用，人均消费水产品20.5 kg。……
