摘 要 创新创业教育的实施要依赖于专业教育，通过修订培养方案、完善课程体系、共享教学资源、建设师资队伍等系列举措，探索理论与实践混合教学模式，切实推进网络工程专业创新创业教育综合改革，进一步加强了网络工程专业内涵建设。

Reform Practice in Network Engineering

Abstract The implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education depends on professional education. Through a series of measures such as the revision of training programs， the improvement of the curriculum system， the sharing of teaching resources and the construction of a faculty of teachers， the teaching model of theory and practice is explored， and the integrated innovation of entrepreneurship education in network engineering is promoted. Further strengthen the network engineering professional connotation construction.

国务院办公厅2015年5月4日印发了针对于加强高等院校学生创新创业能力培养的指导意见，同时指出了目前各高校对于学生创新创业教育中的一系列问题，如：实践能力不足、专业能力低、教学观念不能与时俱进等。在当前的创新创业飞速发展的大形势下，高校这一人才培养的重要基地更应该做好创新创业教育与学生专业课的有效融合工作，充分挖掘创新创业教育的潜力，不断提高人才培养质量。基于此，辽宁科技大学网络工程专业通过修订培养方案、完善课程体系、共享教学资源、建设师资队伍等系列举措，探索理论与实践混合教学模式，切实推进网络工程专业创新创业教育综合改革，进一步加强了网络工程专业内涵建设。

1 网络工程改革試点专业培养目标

网络工程专业创新创业试点专业改革以我校现有网络工程专业学生为基础、充分调研IT行业人才需求，在“以产业发展为导向的校企联动软件人才培养模式”这一课题的研究成果不断展现并有效结合专业实践课教学的基础上，提高学生的工程意识及实践应用能力，使得学生的学习以工程为基础为导向，进一步提高学生创新能力的提高。……
