摘要：目的 评价致康胶囊治疗痔疮出血的有效性。方法 采用随机对照研究的方法，在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院按入选标准选择120例混合痔患者。治疗组口服致康胶囊3粒/次，tid，餐时服用，治疗1 w，对照组口服痔康片3粒/次，tid，餐时服用，治疗1 w，观察服药后出血程度、疼痛、粘膜状态、痔大小、局部不适等参数的起效时间与缓解时间。结果 服用致康胶囊后7 d出血程度，坠痛，粘膜状态的总有效率分别为93.33%，69.70 %，72.41%（P>0.01）；起效时间平均为72 h（P<0.01），优于对照组痔康片组。治疗组总有效率达到78.33%。结论 致康胶囊对治疗混合痔疗效确切且起效快，安全性高，是一种值得临床推广应用的口服制剂。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Zhikang capsule in the treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids.Methods A randomized controlled study in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，according to inclusion criteria 120 cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients in Longhua affiliated hospital.The treatment group oral capsule 3 pills，tid，dinner taking，1w treatment，the control group oral hemorrhoids tablets 3 pills，tid，dinner taking，1w treatment，degree of hemorrhage after taking pain，hemorrhoids mucosa，size，the onset time of local discomfort and other parameters and the remission time.Results Taking Zhikang capsule 7 d after bleeding，pain in mucosa of the total effective rate was 93.33%，69.70%，72.41%（P>0.01）；the average onset time was 72h（P<0.01），Zhikang tablet group better than the control group.The treatment group total effective rate was 78.33%.Conclusion Zhikang capsule in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids curative effect and quick effect，high safety，is a worthy of clinical application oral formulations.

致康膠囊是西安千禾药业有限责任公司生产的已上市近20年的中药复方制剂，是国家医保独家专利品种。多年来在临床中致康胶囊应用于治疗痔疮，及肛周疾病术后取得了较好的疗效。为了进一步评价致康胶囊应用于痔疮的有效性和安全性，本次单中心临床研究观察致康胶囊对混合痔出血程度、疼痛、粘膜状态、痔大小、局部不适等参数的起效时间与缓解时间及药物的安全性。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

1.1.1病例纳入标准 ①符合西医诊断标准的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔或混合痔的内痔部分及中医诊断为湿热下注证者[2]；②年龄在18～65岁，性别不限；③住院或门诊患者；④治疗期间同意不使用其它针对痔疮的治疗。

1.1.2病例排除标准 ①不符合内痔或混合痔诊断标准者；②痔合并肛裂、肛瘘或肛周脓肿者；患有直肠息肉、肛乳头瘤者；③腹泻或便秘患者；④目前正在使用治疗痔病的其他药物者；服用单胺氧化酶抑制剂患者；⑤……
