摘 要 毕业实习是中医药院校教学的重要环节，是课堂教学转入理论联系实际的重要阶段，可以帮助学生巩固和提高本专业应具备的基本知识和技能，有利于全面提高教学质量，培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要的中医药技术人才。①②本文以当前毕业实习管理中存在的管理症结为突破口，通过强化毕业实习的组织管理，探讨并建立一种毕业实习质量监控和信息反馈体系，以期能有利于提高毕业实习质量，培养出符合新时代中医药需求的实用型、复合型人才。

Abstract Graduation practice is an important link of Chinese medicine institutions and a significant period when classroom teaching turns into the linking of theory with practice. Whats more， it can help students strengthen and improve the basic knowledge and skills which should be had in their own majors. Besides， it is beneficial for improving the teaching quality all-round and cultivating Chinese medicine technical person who are in the need of modern socialist construction. This article makes the problems existing in the current graduation practice management as a breakthrough， then， Through strengthening up the organizational management of graduation practice，to explore and build up a quality monitoring and information feedback system for graduation practice.Hoping it be good for improving the quality of graduation practice and developing practical talents in line with the Chinese medicine needs of the new era.

毕业实习是教学过程的重要环节，是学生走上社会的预演和学生理论联系实际的重要环节，毕业实习的质量好坏将直接影响到人才培养质量。所以，学校、 教师和学生都应非常重视这个教学环节。本文通过分析毕业实习存在的管理症结，就如何建立毕业实习质量监控和信息反馈体系为切入点，阐述了建立毕业实习质量监控和信息反馈体系的必要性和意义，并从管理模式、信息反馈方式、毕业实习质量评价、制度保障等四个方面对如何构建毕业实习质量监控和信息反馈体系进行了探讨。

1 毕业实习存在的管理症结

我省是教育大省，有120余所高校，在校生约109万人，由于在校生的校园环境较单一，学生的学习和生活规律容易把握，学生管理工作也因此相对容易开展。但到了学生实习期间，大部分学生离开校园进入其他实习单位，成为“半社会人”，管理上的“真空”现象让部分学生思想上出现松懈，在生活和工作上相对散乱，影响了毕业实习质量。……
