内科护理中健康教育的影响因素

【摘要】目的 针对临床内科护理健康教育实际情况深入探讨影响相关因素。方法 对收集的100例患者采取调查问卷及统计分析方法，详细调查对患者进行健康教育的有关药物知识，临床疾病及日常习惯等方面有关内容。结果 通过对患者问卷的结果统计发现，对患者健康教育效果的分析可发现，患者具有不同年龄结构、文化水平等因素具有影响，差异具有统计意义（P＜0．05），不同性别患者影响健康教育的效果明显，差异不具有统计意义（P＞0．05）。结论 文化层次和年龄结构是影响临床内科护理健康教育效果的主要因素。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing health education in clinical department of internal medicine． Methods A questionnaire and statistical analysis method were adopted in 100 cases of the patients who were collected，and the related drug knowledge，clinical diseases and daily habits of the patients were investigated in detail． Results The statistics of the results of patients were found，the analysis of the effect of health education for patients can be found in patients with different age structure，cultural level and other factors have an impact，the difference has statistical significance（P＜0．05），the effect of patients with different gender health education effect obviously，the difference is not statistically significant（P＞0．05）． Conclusion Cultural level and age structure are the main factors that influence the effect of nursing health education in clinical department of internal medicine．

随着不断发展的经济水平及日益提高的生活质量，人们逐渐重视健康教育，尤其是在医院治疗护理中不断提高关注健康教育的方式及方法［1］。现代健康教育主要是指医院对健康教育活动的而开展具有组织性和计划性，使患者逐渐提高健康意识，使良好的生活习惯得以养成，以利于对患者个人及群体的健康意识具有一定的促进作用，进而对身心健康爱到保护作用，目前已逐渐成为健康教育中的重要内容之一，主要由护理人员面向患者及其家人开展的具有独特护理特点的教育活动［2］。以下与临床内科护理健康教育特点相结合，分析研究对临床内科护理健康教育具有影响的因素，进而使临床内科护理教育提高成效，为提高临床综合护理水平奠定良好的基础。……
