针对性护理干预对老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者效果的影响

【摘要】目的 探讨针对性护理干预对老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者效果的影响。方法 选择我院2012年1月～2015年12月收治入院的老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者200例作为研究对象，并随机分为2组，每组各100例，对照组采用常规方案护理，观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上给予针对性护理干预，对两组患者护理并发症发生率、术后视力情况、住院时间的生活质量和护理满意度进行比较和分析。结果术后1周观察组患者平均视力值高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组出现7例并发症，前房出血2例，眼角膜水肿3例及前房渗出2例；对照组出现25例并发症，前房出血6例，眼角膜水肿13例，前房渗出6例；两组患者并发症发生率的比较具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者术后日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理状况等评分均高于对照组，且比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）观察组及对照组患者护理总满意率分别为95．0%及73．0%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 加强青光眼术后并发白内障治疗过程中的针对性护理干预可提高临床安全性，改善患者生活质量，具有十分重要的开展价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of senile cataract and glaucoma surgery patients targeted effect of nursing intervention． Methods A hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 admitted to hospital senile cataract and glaucoma surgery 200 patients for the study，and were randomly divided into two groups，each 100 patients in the control group received routine care program，observe targeted nursing intervention group were given conventional nursing intervention based on two groups of patient care complication rate，postoperative visual acuity，duration of hospitalization and care of the quality of life satisfaction compared and analyzed． Results The mean visual acuity value week after the observation group was significantly higher in patients，hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）． Observation group 7 cases of complications，hyphema in 2 cases，3 cases of corneal edema and anterior chamber exudation two cases，the control group had 25 cases of complications，hyphema in 6 cases，13 cases of corneal edema，anterior chamber bleeding the six cases，compare statistically significant（P＜0．05）in two groups of patients the incidence of complications，observation group patients daily living，social activities，depression，mental health，anxiety and other mental health scores were significantly higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）in the observation group and the control group，the total patient care satisfaction rate was 95．0% and 73．0%，respectively，compared with statistical significance between the two groups（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Strengthening postoperative cataract glaucoma treatment process targeted nursing intervention can improve clinical safety and improve the quality of life of patients，having to carry out a very important value．
