心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的辅助治疗分析

【摘要】目的 研究心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的辅助治疗效果。方法 选取于我院接受治疗的急性闭角型青光眼患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机抽样的方式将其分为观察组与对照组两组，每组患者各50例，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 两组患者的抑郁自评量表（SDS）跟焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分与护理前相比较，都得到了有效降低，但观察组的降低幅度大于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 心理护理能够有效改善急性闭角型青光眼患者的心理状态，引导患者积极配合治疗，从而提高了患者的治疗康复效果。【关键词】心理护理；急性闭角型青光眼；辅助治疗效果

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on adjuvant therapy of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma． Methods In our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of acute closed-angle glaucoma study，by random sampling，it divided into two groups and control groups group，50 cases in each group，compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect． Results The two groups of self-rating depression scale（SDS）with selfrating anxiety scale（SAS）score compared with care，have been reduced，but the group reduced significantly than in the control group and data differences between the two groups was significant（P＜0．05），there were significant． Conclusion Psychological care can improve the psychological state of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma，guide the patient to actively cooperate with treatment，so as to improve the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with effect，therefore deserves promotion and in clinical applications．

闭角型青光眼是一种常见的致盲性眼病，发病原因通常跟晶状体异常有关一般会合并白内障，使患者心理产生抑郁与焦虑，从而降低了患者的生活质量［1］。心理护理可以有效改善患者的心理状态，使患者积极配合治疗，进而达到了较好的临床护理效果。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2012年5月～2015年5月于我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者100例作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组患者各50例。患者中有男性患者53例，女性患者47例，患者年龄26～71岁，病程11 h～12年。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等一般资料上面，差异比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 护理方法

对照组实施常规护理，需要对患者定期进行常规检查，协助患者进行饮食与用药，及时了解患者的发病诱因，为患者介绍治疗过程［2］。……
