手术室护理干预对术后肺部感染率的影响探究

【摘要】目的 探究在患者接受临床手术后，采取相应的手术室护理干预，观察其对术后肺部感染率的影响。方法 选取2014年3月～2016年2月来本院接受手术诊治的78例患者作为研究的案例，根据随机数字表法，将其分为探究组和比较组，每组各39例，比较组患者给予常规方式的护理服务，探究组患者实施相应的手术室护理干预服务，对比两组患者疗效。结果 探究组患者实施相应的手术室护理干预服务后，其在术后肺部感染率，及护理效果满意度方面，相较于比较组患者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 在患者接受临床手术后，采取相应的手术室护理干预，能够有效的降低患者术后肺部感染情况的发生率，提升患者对护理效果的满意度，提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical surgery in patients after taking the corresponding operating room nursing intervention，observe its effect on postoperative pulmonary infection． Methods selection in March 2014 to undergo surgery at our hospital in February 2016 to make a diagnosis and give treatment of 78 cases of patients as the research case，according to random number table method，it can be divided into explore group and comparison group，each group 39 cases，compared with conventional way group patients give care services，to explore the patients to implement the corresponding operating room nursing intervention services，compared two groups of patients with curative effect． Results To explore group patients after the implementation of the corresponding operating room nursing intervention services，in the postoperative pulmonary infection rate，and satisfaction of nursing effect，compared with group were compared statisticallysignificant difference（P＜0．05）． Conclusion In patients with clinical surgery，adopt corresponding operating room nursing intervention，patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection situation，improve patient satisfaction to nursing effect，improve the patients quality of life．

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2014年3月～2016年2月来本院接受手术诊治的78例患者作为研究的案例，根据随机数字表法，将其分为探究组和比较组，每组各39例。探究组中，女15例，男24例，年龄20～80岁，平均年龄（45.3±5.6）岁；比较组中，女16例，男23例，年龄21～81岁，平均年龄（45.7±5.9）岁。两组患者在性别、年龄，及病症、手术类型方面，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 治疗方法

比较组患者给予常规方式的护理服务。……
