浅谈眼科老年住院患者心理状态及护理对策

【摘要】目的 研究并分析眼科老年住院患者心理状态及护理对策。方法 收集眼科老年住院患者共96例，对其心理状态进行分析，并给予针对性的心理护理，将护理前的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分作为对照组，将护理后的相关数据作为观察组。结果 观察组的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组，P＜0．05。结论 对眼科老年住院患者的心理状态进行分析，并在此基础上进行心理护理，能够有效改善患者的不良情绪，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study and analyze the mental status and nursing strategy of elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology． Methods A total of 96 elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology were collected，and their psychological status was analyzed，and the psychological nursing was given，and the anxiety and self rating depression scale scores were used as the control group． Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，P＜0．05． Conclusion To analyze the psychological status of elderly inpatients in department of ophthalmology，and to carry out psychological nursing，which can effectively improve the patients' negative emotions，improve the quality of life of patients．【Key words】 Department of ophthalmology，Elderly patients，Psychological status，Nursing measures

随着我国老年型社会进程的不断发展，眼科就诊并住院的老年患者出现了逐年增长的趋势［1］。由于大部分的老年患者身体机能都出现了退行性病变，因此导致其心理、社会都出现了极大转变，严重者会对患者的治疗造成极大影响，因此必须在治疗过程中配合有效的护理措施［2］。在本次研究中，对眼科老年住院患者采用了针对性的心理护理，效果显著，现报道如下。

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年1～12月我院眼科收治的老年住院患者共96例，其中，对照组男51例，女45例；年龄60～88岁，平均年龄为（73.2±10.5）岁。96例患者中，60例为白内障，32例青光眼，3例为角膜溃疡，1例为外伤。

1.2 方法

对患者的心理状态进行分析，并给予针对性的心理护理，将护理前的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分作为对照组，将护理后的相关数据作为观察组，具体的护理措施如下。……
