摘要

针对现代农业大发展背景下植保本科应用型人才培养存在的问题及原因，对福建省各市县农业局以及农业类企事业单位开展深入访谈调研，提出根据农业发展趋势制定人才培养方案、加强实践教学与生产实际的联系、改进课程教学等对策，以期探究植物保护专业本科应用型人才培养与农业行业的发展存在的差距。

Analysis on Applicationoriented Talents Cultivation Majored in Plant Protection in Local Agriculture and Forestry Colleges

Abstract Aiming at the problems and causes of applicationoriented talents cultivation majored in plant protection under the background of modern agriculture development， deeply interview and investigation was carried out on agriculture bureau and enterprises in cities and counties in Fujian Province， several countermeasures were put forward， such as making the talent training scheme according to the trend of agricultural development， strengthen the contact between practice teaching and the actual production， improve course teaching and so on， so as to explore gaps between applied talents training and development of agricultural enterprises.

國际教育标准分类法将高等学校分为三类，其中第二类是专业性应用型的多科性或单科性的大学或学院，培养理论基础宽厚的不同层次的专门人才和各级干部、管理人员，如律师、教师、工程师、医师等，第二类高校主要指应用型本科院校，专门培养应用型人才[1]。潘懋元曾提出教育外部关系规律“教育必须与社会发展相适应”[2]。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（2010～2020年）指出要把适应社会需要作为衡量教育质量的根本标准，因此高等学校的应用型人才培养必须遵循教育外部关系规律，以社会需要为参照基准，调整专业的培养目标、培养模式，使人才培养更好地适应经济社会与行业发展的需要。

目前，我国大学存在着向综合化发展的趋势，应用型人才培养存在着理论与实践脱节等问题，使得社会对高素质应用型人才的需求增加与人才培养质量不高的矛盾日益突出，就业结构性失衡问题明显，就地方农林院校而言，如何培养符合农业行业发展的应用型人才成为地方农林院校的挑战[3]。……
