摘要 休闲渔业是实现现代渔业转型发展的重要途径，然而我国雨后春笋般出现的休闲渔业产业如出一辙的模式使休闲渔业发展陷入瓶颈期，本文试图从“文化学”角度探讨，重新整合运用现有资源，尝试为休闲渔业的发展寻找新的突破口。

The New Path on Development of Recreational Fisheries from Perspective of Multimedia Fisheries

Abstract The recreational fisheries is an important way to realize the transformation of modern fisheries development， however the recreational fisheries industry in China is springing up in the same mode which made the fisheries development into the bottleneck period， this paper attempts to explore from the perspective of " MultiMedia fisheries"， reform existing resources， try to find a new breakthrough of the development of recreational fisheries.

休闲渔业是由我国提出的一种渔业深度发展的模式，暂无确定性的概念，大致而言是以渔业为基础，以水生动植物为主要对象，通过对资源、环境和人力进行一种全新的优化配置和合理利用，将现代渔业与休闲、旅游、观光、健身、餐饮等有机结合的生产经营方式[1]。简而言之，发掘渔业加工生产中的文化价值，进而提升其市场价值，是“渔业发展”的深度模式。

改革开放以来，我国休闲渔业发展迅猛，呈现出花开遍全国的趋势。渔业发展“十二五”规划中既肯定其成为带动渔民增收的新亮点，又提出了休闲渔业发展潜力尚未得到充分发挥，产业规模和产业贡献仍然有限，加快其发展任务仍然十分艰巨。具体而言，我国休闲渔业发展与我国地区经济发展态势保持一致曲线，即东高西低，南高北低，沿海地区发展优于内陆地区。

1 休闲渔业的发展现状

无论是沿海地区或是内陆地区，休闲渔业普遍进入一个较为尴尬的瓶颈期。具体表现为：第1，休闲渔业发展缺少科学合理的发展规划；第2，休闲渔业文化价值发掘点相似点多缺乏个别特色；……
